Parents and Guardians
Please check the inbox of the email address that you provided your school for a message sent on September 27 or 28 in which you’ll find a link to the survey that closes at midnight on October 8. You may receive more than one survey if your child is currently enrolled in one of the example Programs of Choice listed hereÌý– if so, you need only complete the survey connected to your child’s program, as it also contains an opportunity to provide general feedback on Programs of Choice.
Please note that as the Lacrosse Academy and Advanced Learning Challenge Program are not offered this school year, emails with survey links regarding those specific programs will be sent to those who participated in the last school year that they ran.
Students

All secondary students and some in Grade 6 and 7 are receiving invitations to participate. Students currently enrolled in one of the example Programs of Choice listed here will receive a second email with a survey link to their specific program. Those students need only complete the survey connected to their program, as it also contains an opportunity to provide general feedback on Programs of Choice.

All teachers are receiving a general survey seeking their thoughts about Programs of Choice. Teachers involved with certain Programs of Choice are also being sent a survey to capture their input about the specific program they teach.
